Meganrata was established in May 2002 with the intent to take the reputed Canadian power sports products that it carried into a new frontier and dimension. Until then, the products that it carried were solely marketed as recreational products to the Malaysian market. Meganrata began promoting its products to government agencies.

It is the passion for the industry, the products and its customer that drives the management and staff of Meganrata. Coming up from the ground zero as racer and technician, Nazar and his wife Rashidah built the company from scratch. Nazar himself picked up the silent and visible techniques of repair of all system on the job. 

Meganrata's main partner is Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), a company that has its hearts in quality. BRP is a world leader in design, manufacture, distribution, and marketing of motorized recreational vehicles and power sport engines. BRP own manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Austria, and China. Its products are distributed over 80 Countries.
